SS&C Announces Automation of ILPA Fee Reporting Template
WINDSOR, CT, October 2, 2017 (PR NEWSWIRE) – SS&C Technologies Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: SSNC), a global provider of financial services software and software-enabled services, today announced SS&C Advent is endorsing through its Geneva World Investor platform the Institution Limited Partners Association (“ILPA”) Reporting Template.
The Reporting Views functionality in Geneva World Investor gives clients the ability to generate the industry standard template for reporting of fees, expenses, and carried interest. The functionality also creates an automated, timely, and accurate process.
Automating the ILPA Reporting Template alleviates the manual process of meeting investor requirements around fee and expense reporting. It also gives greater transparency into reporting. Geneva clients can now leverage a suite of ILPA compliant communications.
"The introduction of automated ILPA Fee Reporting with Geneva World Investor marks our commitment to continuously innovating our award-winning portfolio and investor accounting software to give our clients the best tools available,” said Jonathan Eldridge, Senior Director Product Management, SS&C. “By providing a flexible model, we are empowering our clients to have control in meeting these guidelines today with ability to easily adapt changes down the line.”
“We commend SS&C Advent for their development of the Geneva World Investor platform so that their clients can have access to an automated Template solution,” said Jennifer Choi, Managing Director of Industry Affairs for ILPA. “Their commitment to transparency and efficiency will help the private equity industry evolve in a manner that benefits the entire ecosystem.”
