Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer
|
Bill Stone founded SS&C Technologies, Inc. in 1986 and serves as Chief Executive
Officer. Mr. Stone took the company public in 1996 and successfully guided SS&C
through the acquisition of 23 software firms since 1995. Mr. Stone has grown
SS&C to nearly 1,200 people with offices in Europe, Asia, Australia, and
throughout North America. In November, 2005 the company was acquired by
entities affiliated with The Carlyle Group and was taken private. Mr. Stone's
primary focus is to position SS&C in a global environment. Mr. Stone is a
graduate of Marquette University. He holds or has held National Association of
Securities Dealers (NASD) securities series licenses 6, 7, 8 and 22, was a New
York Stock Exchange and Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board Principal and an
Associated Person with the Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Mr. Stone is a
past member of the Board of Advisors of the University of Connecticut 's School
of Business.

President, Chief Operating Officer
|
Norm Boulanger was named President and Chief Operating Officer of SS&C in
October 2004. Mr. Boulanger is responsible for all enterprise-wide activities
relating to day-to-day operations and plays a pivotal role leading the
management team. Mr. Boulanger started at SS&C ten years ago and has been a
driving force behind many of SS&C's growth initiatives. In 1996 he became
Vice President of Professional Services, and in 1999, took over the outsourcing
activities of SS&C. In 2000, Mr. Boulanger was promoted to Senior Vice
President of Institutional overseeing SS&C's sales and service
organizations. In 2001, Mr. Boulanger was promoted to Executive Vice President
and Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Boulanger began his career as an investment
operations executive at Travelers. He has an MS in Economics from Trinity
College.

Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
|
Patrick Pedonti has served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer
since 2002. Mr. Pedonti's responsibilities include financial reporting and
controls, and operational and cost improvements. Mr. Pedonti plays a major role
in acquisitions. Mr. Pedonti directed the successful June 2004 secondary
offering. Prior to joining SS&C in 1999 as Vice President and Treasurer,
Mr. Pedonti held the position of Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of
Accent Color Sciences. He has a BS in Accounting from Merrimack College.

Senior Vice President, General Counsel
|
Steve Whitman has served as a Senior Vice President and SS&C's General
Counsel since June 2002. He has responsibility for and oversees all legal
matters. He serves on SS&C's executive officer/disclosure committee and is
an integral member of SS&C's management team. He is particularly active in
the company's contracting and acquisitions. Prior to joining SS&C, Mr.
Whitman served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Hagler Bailly,
Inc., a publicly traded international consulting company to the energy and
network industries, and as an attorney for Hagler Bailly's acquiror, PA
Consulting Group, an international management consulting company. Mr. Whitman
spent more than 16 years in private law practice in New York, Washington D.C.
and Miami. He holds a BA from Harvard University and a JD from the University
of Virginia Law School.

Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer
|
John Sharpe joined SS&C as Senior Vice President of Information Technology
and was later promoted to the position of Chief Information Officer in 2004.
Mr. Sharpe directs all domestic and international technology infrastructure
development and strategy. Mr. Sharpe brings 37 years experience in information
technology to SS&C. Prior to joining SS&C, he held several positions
with Conseco, Inc., including Senior Vice President and CIO where he
participated in 18 acquisitions and was responsible for integrating acquired
companies into the corporate data center. During his career at Conseco, Mr.
Sharpe also held the positions of President of Conseco Health, and President of
Codelinks, LLC, a division of Conseco, Inc.

Senior Vice President, Professional Services
|
Suresh Thekkenmar is responsible for SS&C's support services for all
Institutional and Hedge products including implementations, consulting,
training and on-going support for CAMRA, Antares, D&D, LMS, AdvisorWare,
Total Return and FundRunner. Mr. Thekkenmar has been with SS&C since 1992,
and prior to his current role, was the Director of Consulting Services - EMEA,
based in London. Mr. Thekkenmar has a BS in Physics from the University of
Calicut and an MBA in Finance and a MIS from the University of Hartford.

Senior Vice President, Chief Development Officer
|
Steve Kremidas is Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer
responsible for managing software development across a host of financial
products on both a domestic and international basis. Mr. Kremidas has full
accountability for strategic functional and technical direction and utilizes a
disciplined software development methodology to produce commercial grade
software to the financial industry.

Vice President, Corporate Relations & Resources
|
Michele Rebiere has responsibility for Corporate Marketing, Public Relations,
Investor Relations and Human Resources worldwide. Ms. Rebiere comes to SS&C
through the FMC acquisition in 2005 and has over 16 years experience in the
financial services industry. Prior to SS&C, Ms. Rebiere held senior
executive positions in the private wealth and separately managed accounts
industry. Ms. Rebiere also held senior positions with one of the largest
consulting firms in Canada. She has served on the board of advisors of several
businesses including a merchant bank and has led private banking research for
Investor Economics.

Senior Vice President, Asset Management Division
|
Alex Marasco has served as Senior Vice President, Asset Management Division
since 2008. Alex joined SS&C in early 2007 as Senior Vice President with
responsibility for the SSCNet and SVC businesses. Alex came to SS&C from
CheckFree Investment Services, where from 2002 to 2006, he held the position of
Executive Vice President & General Manager. Prior to CheckFree, Alex was
President and CEO of internet start-up Click4.com and prior to that spent
twenty years in various leadership positions in technology and marketing with
RH Donnelley and Dun & Bradstreet.

Senior Vice President, General Manager - Financial Institutions
|
Colleen Nelsen joined SS&C in 2000, and is a Senior Vice President and
General Manager of SS&C's Financial Institutions business unit. As head of
the business unit, Ms. Nelsen oversees a broad line of products and services
all targeting financial institutions. Ms. Nelsen was a key player in SS&C's
successful acquisitions of the DVI division of Netzee, Inc., Real-Time USA and
the OMR division of ADP. She has over 24 years experience in the financial
services industry, and has held various senior management positions at SunGard,
Warrington Associates, Inc., and Real-Time Engineering Systems, Inc. She is a
member of the International Association of Business Communicators, Who's Who
Registry of Global Business Leaders, Financial Markets Association, and the
National Association of Female Executives. Ms. Nelsen has an AS in Computer
Science from Thornton College and a BS degree in Business Administration from
Cardinal Stritch University.

Senior Vice President, General Manager
|
Richard Shalowitz serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of DBC,
Zoologic, and SKYLINE. He joined SS&C in 2002 when the company acquired the
DBC municipal finance business from Thomson Financial. Mr. Shalowitz has been
part of the DBC organization for over 10 years, maintaining a leadership role
through two separate acquisitions. He held senior level positions when DBC was
a private company, including Chief Operating Officer. In 2000, Thomson
Financial purchased DBC and Mr. Shalowitz became an Executive Vice President of
a Thomson division with expanded responsibility for four additional businesses.
Before joining DBC, Mr. Shalowitz spent several years as a municipal bond
broker, and prior to that held senior level positions in the health care
industry. Mr. Shalowitz has an undergraduate degree from Beloit College and an
MBA from the University of California, Irvine.

Senior Vice President, General Manager
|
Tom McMackin joined SS&C in 2005 when the company acquired Open Information
Systems (OIS), where he was Chairman and CEO. Mr. McMackin founded OIS in 1994
after holding several senior positions at Citibank in the World Wide Securities
Services and Financial Institutions groups. At OIS, Mr. McMackin established
the company as a leader in providing technology based products to the world's
leading financial institutions, and achieved over 75% market share in a $200
billion average daily business. Mr. McMackin holds an undergraduate degree from
Boston College and an MBA from Columbia University with a dual major in Finance
and Operations Research.
