This evolution includes a growing demand for performance outsourcing services. VIEW MORE CFO Priorities A new survey by McKinsey & Co. has found that CFOs are likely to neglect areas that require their attention during their first one hundred days on the job. CFOs who responded to the McKinsey survey said that although they recognized it was critically important for them to grasp the drivers of the business, provide input into corporate strategy, and build their finance team, few were able to devote much attention to these matters during the early months of their tenure.
