CAMRA™ D Class Program Structure
New and experienced users of CAMRA™ D Class equally benefit from a variety of training programs and technical support offered by SS&C's team of industry experts. Conveniently available through the Internet using Webex technology, initial training and on-going education is made easy for CAMRA™ D Class users.
Implementation and user training: Scheduled over a three- or four-day period (depending on service level) to get users familiar with our Schedule D software and prepared to convert data to CAMRA™ D Class in an efficient and timely manner. Learn more.
Network installation assistance: Scheduled for approximately one ½ day, an SS&C network specialist will guide your IT representative through the network installation process. Learn more.
Ongoing monthly Educational Series: Designed so users may (1) keep up-to-date with insurance accounting changes, and (2) pose general questions and issues about CAMRA™ D Class. These sessions are interactive teleconference forums held on a monthly basis with SS&C insurance industry experts and other CAMRA™ D Class users. Learn more.
Continuing education sessions (i.e., refresher training): )Designed for experienced users or for new hires who need to learn CAMRA™ D Class. Classes are similar to implementation and user training. Learn more.
