HR Certifications and Agreements

  • I certify that the information I have provided to the company is true and complete. I understand and agree that any false or misleading information or any omission of information will subject me to termination of employment or rejection for employment.
  • I understand and agree that if I am employed I will be an "at will" employee, which means my employment will be for no definite period of time and may be terminated at any time for any lawful reason.
  • I further understand and agree that no person other than the president of the company has the authority to enter into any legally enforceable contract or make any legally enforceable promise or representation altering my “at will” employment status and, to be enforceable, any contract, promise, representation, or other obligation to me must be in writing and signed by both the president and me.
  • I consent and agree that my conduct and my use of company computer systems, telephones and other facilities or equipment will be subject to review and monitoring by the company, including without limitation, the recording, listening to, and otherwise monitoring of my telephone calls or conduct, and the review and reading of all e-mails or other materials that I prepare in the company computer system.
  • I further consent and agree that my person and property will be subject to search while on company premises for security and investigation purposes.
  • I further agree, in exchange for the company considering me for employment and agreeing to arbitrate any claims against me, that if I or the company assert any legal claim related to my application, consideration or rejection for employment with the company, that claim shall be decided only in arbitration before a single arbitrator and not in any court before a judge or a jury.
  • The Arbitration will be administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) and conducted under AAA’s Employment Arbitration Rules and Mediation Procedures, which may be found at www.adr.org.
  • The company will pay all Arbitrator’s fees and costs charged by AAA.
  • I agree that any claim by me or on my behalf must be asserted on an individual basis and cannot be asserted as a class or collective action claim.
