UMR Phase 6

With Phase 6 of Uncleared Margin Rules set to go live September 1st 2022, clients with Average Aggregate Notional Amounts (AANA) in excess of 8 billion are preparing. The AANA calculation period for phase 6 is currently underway for US CFTC and EMIR jurisdictions.
