Using EHR Data for Risk Stratification Analysis: 7 Practical Applications

Providers are challenged to maximize the use of their accessible patient data for broader analytic insights into risk for their member population. We set out to explore whether this data is viable for risk stratification analysis, drawing on results from a Johns Hopkins School of Public Health study for validation.

In this whitepaper, we explore the research and outline commonly occurring challenges, including staffing productivity and patient population segmentation. We then provide corresponding use cases to solve those challenges using the Johns Hopkins ACG® System and EHR data alone.
