SS&C has grown substantially since it was founded in 1986. In the past two years alone, SS&C has acquired six companies to build out the business’s technology and service capabilities, and onboard top talent. These complementary acquisitions include Conifer Financial Services, Salentica, Wells Fargo’s Global Fund Services Business, Citi’s alternatives investor services business, CommonWealth Fund Services and Modestspark. The latest acquisition of DST's financial services and healthcare businesses provides SS&C with additional scale and breadth across institutional, alternative, wealth management and healthcare segments. SS&C will manage approximately 13,000 global clients and delivered pro forma 2017 revenue of approximately $3.9 billion.
