We are pleased to share that we have expanded our voluntary COVID-19 vaccination drive for employees and their immediate families across India. SS&C's employees may now get vaccinated free of charge at any Apollo Hospitals clinic or receive reimbursement for vaccination expenses at any designated facility of their choice in their vicinity.
At SS&C, the health and well-being of our employees is our priority. We will continue to support our employees to provide the resources they need to keep their families safe. The SS&C vaccination drive aims to protect our 6000 employees across Mumbai, Hyderabad, Bangalore and Gurgaon offices. The vaccination program supports the Government of India's efforts against the spread of the deadly pandemic and follows the guidelines issued by the central government.
To offer convenient access to the COVID-19 vaccine, SS&C partnered with Apollo Hospitals, a leading integrated healthcare provider with a pan-India presence across 50 cities. Additionally, if employees cannot schedule a vaccination appointment at an Apollo clinic for any reason, they will be reimbursed for vaccination expenses incurred at any convenient location.
SS&C has put several measures to support Indian employees during the pandemic, including teleconsultation and webinars services, and provided mental wellness support for employees and extensive insurance coverage.
