Principal Point of Contact (“PPoC”)/Authorizing Person (“AP”) Services

PPoC/AP are designations within Cayman CRS for an individual or entity that is responsible for administering the DITC portal for a financial institution. All firms with a Cayman entity will need to have “boots on the ground” in the Cayman Islands.

SS&C can act as the authorized person in the Caymans instead of the Firm needing additional human capital. This service will be available to all of SS&C's existing clients as well as new clients.
