SS&C Battea International Recovery Study

SS&C Battea maintains an international team of experts in the legal and financial markets in both Stamford, CT and Copenhagen, Denmark.

Historically, eligible damaged investors have received information about non-U.S. collective action cases through random and disparate sources. SS&C Battea has developed the most comprehensive database of non-U.S. litigations and has incorporated this database into a litigation monitoring platform.

This bi-annual study highlights international claims recovery opportunities in Europe, Asia-Pacific and beyond as well. Also noted is that while the opt-in style of international claims may often require more up-front effort than US settlements, the recoveries have the potential to exponentially outweigh the effort.
